Order Processing

All orders will be processed within 2‑3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays will be processed on the next working business day. Please allow extra processing time during peak sales or holiday seasons. We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Estimated transit time is 7‑21 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, delays may occur due to logistics carrier issues, weather, customs clearance or unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your package ships, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. Tracking information may take 24‑48 hours to update on the carrier’s system. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the shipping notification.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment. We reserve the right to adjust shipping rates without prior notice.

International Shipping

For international orders, customers are fully responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes and any additional charges imposed by the destination country upon arrival. These fees are not included in product price or shipping cost. We cannot refund orders refused due to customs charges.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

• If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your parcel, please contact your local courier and neighbors first, then reach out to our support email.
• Claims for lost or damaged goods must be submitted within 15 business days after the estimated delivery date. We may require photos of damaged items or packaging for claim processing.
• We are not liable for packages marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier.
